This seaside hamlet along Nassau County’s South Shore lies at the southernmost tip of Baldwin on Middle and Baldwin bays. There is a neighborhood feel throughout and wide, sidewalk-lined streets named for American presidents. The majority of houses here are Split Levels. Many have in-ground pools and, thanks to narrow canals, a large number of homes in the community have waterfront with private dock space.
